Job Summary: This individual is responsible for contract maintenance and fulfillment related to physician locums and other recruiter/ recruitment contracts. The Specialist is responsible for proactive scheduling, coordinating and communicating multiple aspects of visits and file maintenance related to recruiting physician candidates. Specialist assists others in the Physician Recruitment and Retention area in duties specific to their functions or special projects, initiates and supports activities that enhance the ability of Riverside to attract and retain high quality physicians.
Education: Associates degree or higher required. Applicable work experience may be applied in lieu of formal degree.
Experience: Requires a minimum of three (3) years previous administrative experience or progressively more responsible roles preferably in healthcare or a legal setting, such as Legal Assistant or Paralegal. Prior experience communicating routinely with Physicians or comparable professionals highly desired. Working experience and / or knowledge of healthcare related software or database management highly desired.
