**Responsibilities & Qualifications**



+ Provide support for a client team to help deliver an HR strategy that is aligned with the needs of the Technology organization

+ Lead the delivery and acceptance of core HR processes (i.e., Associate Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Management, Staffing, Leadership Development and Change Management) across client areas

+ Partner with HR partner groups on the design of key Human Resources programs: provide feedback, input, and change management considerations to ensure that end products are relevant, applicable and achieve desired end results

+ Collaborate with HR Partners (Compensation, Training, Recruiting and Communications) to design and deliver on key strategic projects

+ Drive performance management and monitor and analyze key HR performance indicators including attrition and recruiting statistics

+ Ability to manage up, across, and down in a large organization and gaining support for change recommendations

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Solid business judgment



Basic Qualifications



+ Bachelor’s degree or Military experience

+ At least 2 years of client facing experience or at least 2 years of human resources experience or a combination of both



Preferred Qualifications



+ Master’s Degree or Military experience

+ Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or Coaching certification

+ At least 3 years of experience as an Human Resources Generalist supporting a technology business or function.
