**Our Role**



As Principal Associate for Learning & Development, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and facilitating learning and development solutions to support Associates across the enterprise. This individual will ensure the learning environment and resources support needed are available by preparing for and facilitating courses, coaching associates in class, assessing associates’ understanding of information, and ensuring the foundational skills are demonstrated. This individual will also review training course trends, identify opportunities / recommendations for enhancement, and implement change. He/she may provide training through multiple delivery methods (i.e. classroom, online, virtual, conference calls, etc). In addition, he/she may be called upon to support additional training in support of each businesses’ needs. This role is focused on leading the Enterprise learning team and developing Facilitators across the Enterprise Programs portfolio. It requires preparation for facilitation and follow-up from courses across the organization including Onboarding and development programs, typically focusing on the exempt population.

**Responsibilities & Qualifications:**



+ Represent learning in project efforts, ensuring an early focus on the implementation needs to ensure effective delivery in alignment with project timeline goals.

+ Engage and lead team members on training projects to enable clarity of learning goals and plans.

+ Partner with other teams, peers, or contract resources to support material development needs, as appropriate.

+ Make solid decisions by identifying issues, diagnosing problems, generating alternative solutions and analyzing opportunities and risks.

+ Apply needs assessment/analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.

+ Demonstrate solid understanding and proven application of adult learning principles.

+ Determine and recommend instructional standards, strategies, learner engagement strategies, and evaluation plan.

+ Design and develop learning content including (but not limited to) measurable learning objectives, facilitator and participant materials and tools, experiential scenarios and simulations, assessment and evaluation strategy and tools.

+ Develop online learning solutions which are engaging and creative, while still maintaining the instructional integrity and validity of the solution.

+ Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities.

+ Facilitate training (classroom and virtual classroom) when applicable.

+ Support the Adjunct Faculty program; providing feedback and development.

+ Travel to other sites as needed / requested.



**Basic Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor’s degree or military experience

+ At least 3 years experience in designing and developing training

+ At least 3 years of experience in business consulting

+ At least 3 years of experience in project management

+ At least one year of experience using Adobe Connect or other virtual classroom products



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ Master’s degree

+ At least 5 years of experience in designing and developing training with an emphasis on relationship development and customer experience

+ At least 5 years of experience in financial services or technology industry
