Principal Associate, Treasury Management Platform Management (Liquidity)



**Summary:**



The TM Platform Management Team is responsible for independently setting goals and strategies to create innovative treasury management products and services. This team will also need to forecast future needs, thus developing a deep understanding of our product positions as related to competitor offerings. The responsibilities include defining product strategy, creating business cases, tracking revenue and adoption, budgeting for new products and services, and maintaining a well-managed risk environment.



The Principal Associate on the TM Platform Management team will work alongside Platform managers to execute on their goals of defining strategy, managing P&L, overseeing risk and compliance activities, and defining the intent for development of enhancements and next generation solutions.,



**Responsibilities:**



+ Dual responsibilities as Product Owner in Agile delivery pod and Platform Management support to assist in driving product strategy

+ Set product vision and lead road mapping, goal setting, story writing, project execution, A/B testing, and product roll-out strategy

+ Partner with technical leads, engineering teams and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog.

+ Gain greater understanding of platform manager responsibilities through day-to-day engagement with team

+ Partner with platform managers to understand competitor offerings in the Treasury Management space.

+ Assist in development of strategic plans to executive management and internal partners.

+ Develop and enhance professional rapport with all areas of the bank.

+ Develop long-term goals for related product lines.

+ Develop, implement and execute marketing plans and strategies.

+ Help evaluate business plans based on strategic goals.

+ Identify and target potential customers and/or markets for new and existing products.

+ Create content to help influence sales force regarding strategies, markets and customers.

+ Measure product results and understand product dynamics.

+ Participate in industry conferences and seminars; keep abreast of changes, trends, etc. in the marketplace.

+ Promote assigned products and services to obtain support for cross-selling efforts.

+ Provide assistance to operations and systems on production and client support issues.

+ Recommend new products or enhancements as changes are warranted or justified.

+ Understand customer business requirements



**Basic Qualifications:**



+ Either a Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ Knowledge of treasury/cash management.

+ 1-3 years business development, bank operations, corporate bank operations, or treasury/cash management experience.

+ Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management practices

+ Fluency in human-centered product discovery methods such as design thinking and service design

+ Excellent communication skills and understanding of the software development life cycle.

+ Blend of strategic and tactical thinking, creative and analytic reasoning

+ Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making

+ Background in Liquidity
