As a Principal Compensation Analyst supporting our Card business, you will support the Card Compensation team to develop and deliver the rightincentive programs for our Associates as well as seek to drive continual improvements within the Card Compensation team. Specific responsibilities include:
+ Build tools and processes, enabling our Card Compensation Consultants to be more efficient and nimble
+ Leverage compensation and HR data to solve complex analytical problems and debunk compensation myths
+ Provide horizontal and project management support for our mid-year and year-end compensation processes
+ Build self-service analytical tools for our internal customers
+ Provide ad-hoc analytical support to Card compensation consultants
+ Own the design, testing, and administration of compensation reports and analysis using Tableau and other analytical and presentation tools
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience
+ At least 3 years of experience in Compensation, Financial Analysis, Operations Analysis, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Information Technology, Business Administration or a combination of these
+ At least 3 years of experience in a business environment
+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or Technology
+ At least 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
+ At least 1 year of development experience with Tableau
+ At least 1 year of compensation experience
+ Advanced Excel skills
