Responsibilities & Qualifications:
+ Provide HR services to enable real-time business support, increasing the overall business efficiency and HR operations.
+ Deliver operational excellence of HR programs and acceptance of core HR processes (i.e., Associate Satisfaction, Performance Management, Staffing, Leadership Development and Change Management) for Risk Management
+ Initiate and support implementation of HR and people initiatives and programs to enhance businesses effectiveness
+ Utilize HR metrics and measures to help the organization understand and action on human capital trends and areas of risk - telling the story of the associate experience with HR data
+ Directly support clients to ensure that they are effective in making people decisions and refining their people management skills (e.g., managing, coaching and developing associates; setting objectives; performance reviews; talent development and experiential learning).
+ Serve as the face of HR while assessing engagement, morale and culture opportunities
+ Assist with advanced and/or escalated disciplinary or performance management matters
+ Collaborate with HR partner groups on the design of key HR programs: provide feedback, input, and change management considerations to ensure that end products are relevant, applicable and achieve desired end results
+ Ability to manage up, across, and down in a large matrixed organization and win support for change recommendations
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrate confidence and poise when interacting with stakeholders
+ Genuine intellectual curiosity and passion for achieving business results;
+ Solid business judgment and leverages facts and figures to articulate points Lead and/or partner with diverse cross-functional project teams in support of design and delivery of HR programs and processes
-High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent certification OR military experience
-At least 3 years of Human Resources experience
-At least 2 years of experience in client facing and consulting.
-At least 1 year of experience in Project Management
-Master's Degree in Business or Master's Degree in Human Resources or Master's Degree in Industrial & Labor Relations or Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology
-Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification.
-4+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or 4+ years of experience as an HR business partner
- 3+ years of experience in client facing and consulting.
-2+ years of experience in project management.
