Principal Ops Coordinator - Designated Client Servicing



**Description:**



Commercial Card Designated Client Servicing is a group dedicated to the success of our larger portfolio of clients within Capital One Commercial Card. This role involves a variety of daily functions including receiving incoming requests from clients via phone and email. You will be required to communicate effectively with Company Controllers, Accounts Payable Managers, CFO’s, CEO’s, and various other corporate treasury management contacts on a regular basis. Effective communication is key to success in this role as well as the ability to work with our larger sales organizations including Relationship Managers and Treasury Management Sales Officers to coordinate solutions for our clients.



**Responsibilities:**



Striving for excellence with every customer interaction, this unique team will work to create a mutually beneficial relationship between Capital One and larger Commercial Card Clients with a higher level of annual spend. Designated Client Servicing agents will be the first line of defense against any impediments to client spend and will enable them to seamlessly use our product.



- Provide customer service by answering inbound calls, making outbound calls to existing clients, setting up product demonstrations, and responding to emails answering questions about any problems, issues or concerns a client might have.



- Manage a portfolio of up to 30 separate clients and actively work to ensure a positive customer experience with Commercial Card.



- Work to resolve and remediate escalated issues and concerns clients bring up. Coordinate with the sales team for that client to remediate any issues and prevent future occurrences.



- Manage multiple systems accesses and organize an e-mailbox to maintain an efficient level of work across multiple clients per day.



- Demonstrate experience in excellent judgment and commitment to customer service.



**Basic Qualifications**



+ High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification, or military experience

+ Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook

+ At least 1 year experience with Accounts Payables, Accounting or Bookkeeping

+ At least two years’ experience in Customer Service.



**Preferred Qualifications**



+ Bachelor’s Degree

+ Sales Experience

+ Underwriting background or Case Management experience within Capital One.
