Principal Ops Product Coordinator



The Sales Data Control (SDC) is part of the Commercial Operations line-of-business and supports several critical functions. With an emphasis on delivering excellent service, SDC acts as a key point-of-contact for all Salesforce.com users across the Commercial footprint. SDC is a small team responsible for big change in data integrity, from officer code and cost center transfers within line-of-business, across the line-of-business, pipeline remediation, merges and deposit rate exceptions. We are passionate about the work we do and the service we provide to our partners within the bank.



The ideal candidate will have:



+ Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.

+ The ability to prioritize and manage a significant volume of work on a broad array of topics with multiple and simultaneous deadlines is critical.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

+ Strong problem solving and decision making skills.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.



Basic Qualifications:



+ High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification, military experience

+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel

+ At least 1 year of experience with Teradata

+ At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role



Preferred Qualifications:



+ Bachelor's Degree

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

+ At least 1 year of experience with Sales Force
