**About the Team**
Our Bank CEMP is part of the I2I Insight to Incite (i2i) team, that is a horizontal consulting team focused on catalyzing customer-centric decision making in Bank. Bank CEMP simplifies the overall process of customer feedback; creates a dynamic and efficient process for speed to market; provides quality data to our partners; improves the customer experience both internal and external.
As a Process Analyst at Capital One, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for partnering with internal business customers to embed and cultivate the voice of the customer. The Process Analyst will play a key role in leveraging project methodologies and process tools to help design, manage and improve internal processes that impact the company’s bottom line. In this position you will contribute immediately while strengthening your process management and analytical best practices.

+ Apply process knowledge in financial service environment and adapt to meet according to internal Capital One Process Management Standards
+ Be able to leverage existing process knowledge (e.g. documents swim lanes, create metrics, identify top risks, perform value stream analysis)
+ Act and consult as a process (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) subject matter expert/Coach to effectively partner with business customers to achieve desired outcome or improvement by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions
+ Collect data/requirements and using analytics (excel, terradata, Python, Redshift and root cause analysis)
+ Project management methodologies to influence and provide transparency to senior leadership
+ Identify and implement process improvements
+ Look at the broader project & process agenda for potential risk/themes and performing cost-benefit analysis
+ Perform process reviews of internal risk events or process breakdowns
+ Understanding customers’ needs of the process/projects and driving process improvements through great execution and oversight
+ Lead moderate to large complex projects support across both the i2i and Bank CEMP teams
+ Engaging with employees at various levels of the organization
+ Builds relationships and collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
+ Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
+ At least 1 year of experience working within process management
+ At least 1 year of experience in SQL querying
+ At least 1 year of experience in analysis
+ **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Excellent problem solving skills and sound commercial judgement to identify and use effective methodologies for process / project management
+ Good time management and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
+ Collaborative working style
+ At least 1 year of experience working within improvement methodologies
+ At least 1+ year experience working with Agile development methodologies
+ At least 1+ year experience with Python
+ At least 1+ year experience with Redshift (AWS)
+ At least 1+ years of experience in market research
