This Senior Associate role is a part of the fast-paced, highly collaborative Card Technology Chief of Staff team, which supports a 2,500+ person organization spread across multiple geographies. In this role, the Senior Associate is responsible for managing the Real Estate strategy within Card Technology through move management execution, executive reporting, relationship management, and managing projects in a way that ensures on-time, high-quality flawless delivery.
What you'll do:
This position reports to the Senior Manager responsible for Real Estate, Governance, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Performance Management. In this role, the Senior Associate will work closely with the Senior Manager to:
+ Support the Card Tech Real Estate strategy by executing tactical site management activities to include space planning, seat assignments, restack moves, space designing and new building openings.
+ Drive awareness to the Real Estate landscape within respective regions to showcase location presence and needs.
+ Be the Chief of Staff liaison within respective region providing on-ground support for activities related to the organization to include the tactical deliverables for events, on-boarding and recruiting activities, branding materials and executive requests
+ Work on multiple projects and initiatives at a time and will deliver them on time and with exceptional quality
+ Partner with Card Technology Executives and horizontal Business stakeholders to develop and drive high visibility projects, programs and strategic initiatives
The Successful Candidate will have:
+ Experience in planning, along with exceptionally strong written and verbal communications skills
+ Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once, while paying attention to the details
+ Ability to develop and/or maintain program reporting. An understanding of technology and a desire to continually learn new things
+ Ability to work in a team in an open and collaborative environment and manage multiple, evolving priorities
+ Exceptional judgment skills and the ability to work with discretion on sensitive and/or confidential projects
+ Ability to work autonomously across multiple work streams and multiple Lines of Business
+ Bachelor’s Degree OR military experience
+ At least 2 years of communications experience, or at least 2 years of event planning experience, or at least 2 years of project management experience
+ Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
+ 5+ years of communications experience
+ 5+ years of event planning and project management experience
+ Experience working within a technology organization
