**Process/Project Manager - ATM Operations**

As a Process/Project Manager, you will work with a team of process managers in delivering flawlessly ATM deployment process. You will execute ATM MAC (moves, adds & changes) process while collaborating with passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the overall ATM Kiosk Channel. You will be working closely with Construction team, IT, Operations and Command Center teams. You will monitor data trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time.



**Responsibilities of this role may include:**

- Executing various ATM MAC processes including New Install, Replacement, Removal, and Relocation.

- Working with IT to setup the new ATM or update an existing ATM in the system.

- Working with various vendors for project schedule and execution.

- Perform root cause analysis on the issues during the installation including cash management.

- Producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness

- Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes

- Analyzing, identifying, and correcting data issues with systems used or owned by a department

- Provide required support to the Deployment team during the execution phase of the project

- Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings



We are seeking dedicated, disciplined, process professionals who excel in a team environment and are experts in process management. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the departments and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role.



**Basic Qualifications:**

- At least a Bachelors Degree, equivalent work experience or Military experience

- At least 2 years of experience in Process management

- At least 2 years of Bank Operations experience



**Preferred Qualifications:**

- ATM Operation Experience

- Process Management (i.e. LEAN, Six Sigma), Business Process Management

- 5 years of experience in Process management

- 5 years of experience in Project management
