You will help the Tech Talent Team as we continue to transform our Technology Organization by supporting Diversty and Inclusion projects in Tech. You will assist our efforts to identify, hire, develop and retain high performing, diverse engineering talent within a differential Tech culture. You will work with Tech leaders creating systems and processes to amplify our diversity efforts. You will drive a variety of projects to enable the Tech Resource Groups to increase impact, collaborate and improve processes. The successful person will be able to leverage relationships from across the Tech organizaiton to achieve results.



You should exhibit knowledge of and commitment to our diversity efforts. Sensitivity and good judgment with diverse teams is essential. You should demonstrate proficiency in project management, strong communication, influencing, and problem solving skills across all stakeholders. You should have a focus on results that allows you to effectively multitask while keeping pace in a fast moving environment.



**Primary Responsibilities:**



+ Support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, including coordination of current Tech focused Business Resource Groups.

+ Coordinate large multifunctional teams to minimize friction and maximize value of their efforts.

+ Implement new programs, as required to support a diverse and geographically distributed team.

+ Partner with senior management to manage strategic activities and practices across the Technology organization

+ Deliver business outcomes with Technology programs, initiatives and strategies leading to industry leading D&I programs and results



Selected Candidate will:



+ Exhibit a track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage tasks and related expectations

+ Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts

+ Display understanding and alignment with D&I intiatives

+ Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes

+ Demonstrate good judgement and sensitivity

+ Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

+ Display strong problem solving and influencing skills

+ Exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to meet objectives and handle multiple deadlines and priorities



**Basic Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

+ At least 3 years of delivery experience

+ At least 3 years of experience in project management

+ At least 1 year of executive presenting experience



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ Master’s Degree in Organizational Development or Master’s Degree in Psychology

+ 5+ years of experience in Technical role or working on a Technology Team

+ 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development

+ 3 + years of experience in managing diversity and inclusion initiaitives
