Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the Riverside Care Difference initiatives around Safety, Quality, Experience and Respect within the facility. Responsible for the Performance Improvement Program and the facility?s organizational continuous quality improvement. Responsible for the coordination and oversight of the facility?s participation in external performance measurement projects. Facilitates and monitors clinical quality improvement projects, works with Support Services to coordinate continuous survey readiness activities, coordinates quality surveillance/peer review activities. Responsible for the facility Patient Safety program, patient/resident experience and satisfaction outcomes. Works closely with the IP Coordinator to improve outcomes. Reports to the Facility Administrator.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Certification Requirements: CPHQ certification preferred. Green Belt LEAN/Six Sigma preferred. CAP Trained preferred.
Experience Requirements: 3 years of Quality Management/Analytics preferred.
