Receptionist / File Clerk

Applicant is required to have strong organization and communication skills.  Attention to detail is also important. Knowledge in the legal field is not required but is preferred.  Various duties include; filing of various legal documents, sorting filing, making copies/scanning documents and performing any misc. tasks asked of by attorney or secretary.  Must be available to make runs to court or medical facilities to obtain documents (must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for this purpose).  Applicant will also be expected to operate multi-line phone system and may be required to perform occasional lifting of file boxes and documents.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Word.  Full time/possible part-time position.
