Responsible for acquiring exceptional talent through attracting and sourcing viable candidates to fill vacancies throughout the Health System. Must build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers. Develop, execute and update recruitment strategies to include pro actively sourcing and identifying active and passive candidates through a strong focus on networking, relationship building and the use of the most up-to-date recruiting technology, techniques and social media. Evaluates current RHS job postings and makes recommendations to maximize candidate activity. Participates in job fairs, recruitment and various networking events. Follows established organization and department policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory, federal and local employment law requirements. Exhibits exceptional customer service and professionalism to both internal and external customers at all times. Performs other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management or related degree required. Working experience as a professional in Human Resources will be accepted in lieu of degree if the experience exceeds the minimum two years required - see Experience Requirements.

Certifications: PHR is preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record; reliable transportation must be maintained.

Experience:

  • Minimum two years working experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, sales, marketing, or related field required. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of current federal and state employment law essential. 
  • Must possess and demonstrate strong skills in ability to source candidates. Additional experience with cold calling, job fairs, employment advertising, etc desired. 
  • Working experience and proficiency with application tracking systems or similar software required, ability to use a computer to include the following software required: database systems, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Formal recruitment training highly preferred.  
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills, interpersonal/human relations skills, verbal and written communication to positively interact with candidates, staff and customers.
  •  Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as autonomously. 
  • Strong attention to detail, good initiative and drive, strong personal work ethics are all necessary to be successful.
