Your Opportunity

An entry-level, full-time reputation specialist role to manage and assist multifamily housing professionals to leverage a working knowledge of digital marketing, manage online directories and provide reputation and review management to support and lead strategic initiatives to build a positive online reputation for our clients. You will listen and provide transparency with current and prospective renters in ways that lead to improved brand relevance, affinity, preference and trust. Our clients are committed to providing a unique and authentic experience to their audience of current and prospective residents. You will serve as a liaison between clients and stakeholders and will escalate and resolve issues as needed. You will apply your expertise in the digital media landscape, including various social media websites, and benefit from your oral and written communication, and presentation skills.

  1. Provide reputation and review response support to a network of thousands of multi-family professionals in accordance with Fair Housing best practices
  2. Establish and build client relationships, especially by building and monitoring client accounts across the web, to include Google+, Bing, Yelp, YellowPages.com, and Facebook
  3. Expertly manage multiple high level clients and projects simultaneously
  4. Provide technical support as needed regarding reputation management software and review sites, troubleshooting issues as necessary
  5. Provide excellent customer service and clear, professional, communication to internal and external teams
  6. Demonstrate expert capability in using online marketing channels and review sites
  7. Work closely with the Social Team to coordinate and prioritize review responses, facilitate review generation campaigns, and increase online reviews, brand awareness and community engagement
  8. Collaborate with multiple internal departments to drive the highest level of client satisfaction, quickly managing customer service issues and communicating issues

    Contribute Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    1. Social media marketing and reputation management knowledge and interests; you stay current with new trends and online marketing tactics
    2. Possess and maintain active accounts across key social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Foursquare, etc.
    3. Knowledge of social media management software
    4. A flair for using "social networking speak" and online jargon
    5. Business competencies and personal strengths include competitive spirit, active learner, learn on the fly, drive for results, innovation, speed, analytical, decision quality, proactive, self-motivated, listening, problem solving, verbal and written communication, grammar, customer service, flexible, priority setting, time management, organization, attention to detail, team and independent work, perform with moderate supervision, integrity and trust
    6. Expertise in the following will give you an edge (preferred but not required):
    7. HTML basic knowledge
    8. WordPress basic knowledge
    9. Social media optimization and SEO/SEM principles
    10. Reputation and review management
    11. com or similar CRM; dashboard and report-based metric management
    12. Real Estate or multifamily
    13. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing/Advertising, Computer Programming, Business, New Media, Communications, Public Relations, Public Speaking, Journalism or equivalent work experience
    14. Expertise with MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
