Consider Your Opportunity

  1. Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media; introduce Homes.com solutions; identify appropriate buyers within the target market; follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  2. Conduct a needs analysis to determine how Homes.com solutions will speak to the prospect's or customer's needs; identify key buying influencers and determine budget and timeline; present live product demonstrations using JoinMe, via screen sharing
  3. Build and cultivate prospect relationships and move opportunities through the sales funnel; work with the Sales Manager and Sales Director to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals
  4. Manage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce.com, ensuring timely and accurate documentation 
  5.   1. One or more years' sales or customer service success to include confidence in your sales and customer service skills; a competitive, persistent, strong desire to make sales; and a desire and habit to always operate at the highest level of professionalism 
  2. One or more years' in the mortgage industry or advertising sales is preferred
  3. Comfort and eagerness to call on individuals who have not shown a previous interest in our products
  4. Desire and ability to operate in fast paced, rapidly evolving business environment
  5. Expertise managing a book of business in a CRM system, with Salesforce.com a plus
  6. Computer skills needed to ensure success include internet searches, use of Gmail, MS Excel, MS Word, and Powerpoint
  7. Personal strengths and business competencies include enthusiasm; verbal and written communication; customer focus; listening; drive for results; priority setting; perseverance; attention to detail; planning; problem solving; organization; teamwork; organizational agility; collaboration and partnering; integrity and trust
