Senior HR Associate - Corporate Reputation & Governance

This role will support the Corporate Reputation & Governance client group. It will have responsibilities for transactional and lightly consultative HR data/information inquiries in a client-facing environment. There will also be needs to support the HRC team on data-focused tasks as well as ad-hoc strategic consulting.



Responsibilities



+ Respond to inquiries from associates, managers and HR Consultants who need assistance with HR-related issues

+ Assist with data inquiries for CR&G Organizations

+ Maintain accurate, complete and timely reporting on key HR metrics

+ Provide insight and counsel to better leverage HR data

+ Identify and escalate gaps, breakdowns and emerging risks associated with data integrity

+ Partner to build/strengthen effective relationships with client groups; seek understanding of business imperatives and client-specific issues to provide & assist in executing holistic HR solutions and seamless experiences for business partners

+ Work with internal clients, Legal, Enterprise Risk, and Compliance to ensure employment law related risks are managed appropriately

+ Collaborate with HR Consultants & Partners (Compensation, Training, Recruiting, Associate Relations, and Communications) to design and deliver on immediate operational needs as well as strategic, cross-functional projects as needed

+ Review current processes, contribute ideas for improvements and own/partner on implementation

+ Handle confidential/sensitive information on a frequent basis

+ Utilize existing HR technology & tools (Workday), as well as the MS Office software suite



Basic Qualifications



+ Bachelor’s degree or military experience

+ At least 2 years of HR experience



Preferred Qualifications



+ At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources

+ At least 2 years of experience in project management or at least 2 years of experience in process management or a combination of the two

+ Professional Human Resources Certification
