That's where you come in. As a Senior HR Business Consultant, you'll find innovative solutions to complex business problems. Aligning with one of our HR Centers of Excellence (COE), you'll translate strategy and vision into tactical solutions to power our business. This job is big picture thinking. You will not be taking care of the day-to-day application, implementation, and execution. Instead, your focus is on getting to know your internal clients, and then defining and recommending innovative solutions.

THINGS YOU'LL DO: (Responsibilities)

  • Be a trusted advisor.
    • Get to know the needs of your internal client inside and out.
    • Then, inspire confidence in them by delivering solutions that are relevant, user-friendly, cutting-edge, and up-to-par with the latest and greatest in HCM technology.
  • Be a subject matter expert.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest research around business trends and disruptors and gain an outside in perspective from network connections and peers.
    • Cultivate professional networks and connections, gaining insights into industry best practices providing an \"Outside In\" global perspective and approach.
  • Pave the path forward.
    • Keep a macro view of current and future state business, staying closely connected to the business strategy.
    • Define the project roadmap for your aligned HR COE and contribute to strategy and objective setting throughout the entire business planning and implementation cycle.
  • Collaborate daily.
    • Build collaborative partnerships and consult with key stakeholders to gain a 360 understanding of the solution's impact.
    • Make sure solutions fit nicely into the larger ADP organization infrastructure.
  • Deliver results beyond expectations.
    • Stay flexible when executive priorities or strategies change.
    • Be accountable. Use attention to detail to ensure accuracy within SOW, contracts, and other documentation.

EXPERIENCE YOU NEED: (Required Qualifications)

  • 5 years of progressive HCM experience in at least one HCM system discipline. (Any of these will do: Talent Acquisition, Talent and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Total Rewards and Compensation or HR Shared Services.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management or related degree
  • Solid functional/business requirements knowledge and expertise
  • Excellent MS Office expertise
  • Ability to strategize and formulate business plan
  • Responsive and deadline oriented with a sense of urgency
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices

BONUS POINTS FOR THESE: (Preferred Qualifications)

  • PMP/Six Sigma
  • Experience in PM and business process analysis. LEAN methodology
  • HR or Consulting certification
