**Sr. Learning Program Manager - Position Overview** **:**



We are creating something unique and unprecedented: a re-imagined hub for technology training called Tech College. As a Sr. Learning Program Manager within Tech College, you will be the lead strategist responsible for translating business intent into engaging learning materials across technical subject areas, with a focus (though not exclusively) on digital-first learning methods. You will have a primary focus in designing and developing impactful executive education experiences and will also design learning experiences for core clients and programs. By analyzing, designing, and developing highly engaging, learner-centric experiences and solutions, you will help fuel our growth as a Tech company and enable our associates to develop cutting-edge skills. The learning solutions you will oversee will target different types of learners and include modalities such as video, animation, virtual instructor-led training, simulations, and other e-learning content. As a Sr. Learning Program Manager you will partner with Learning Experience Designers across subject areas to design, develop, and deliver innovative and industry-leading technical training curricula with a keen focus on digital learning and human-centered design approaches. You will drive efforts to assess learning needs, align learning strategies, and develop learning experiences that keep Capital One associates on the leading-edge of technology trends and capabilities. You will also partner with supporting teams to facilitate successful deployment throughout Tech College.

**Responsibilities:**



+ Consult with internal and external technical advisors, leaders, business partners, and subject matter experts to assess, design, and deliver technical training solutions that include, online, virtual, and in-person learning experiences, primarily for executive education learning opportunities

+ Deliver and facilitate (as needed) executive education learning engagements

+ Establish a clear, consistent processes to gather data and feedback on the effectiveness and return on investment of assigned training curricula, particularly executive education experiences

+ Lead and direct workflow for Learning Experience Designers in Tech College to enable the overall instructional design theory

+ Develop and execute a roadmap for technology curriculum maintenance, redesign, rollout and reporting

+ Own the day-to-day management of projects related to delivering new content and experiences for assigned curricula as well as handling content revision cycles (i.e., revising content, retiring content, and incorporating new content)

+ Identify learning trends and performance gaps across the organization to inform curriculum priorities

+ Define target learner personas and learning paths

+ Utilize human-centered design principles and a variety of learning delivery modalities, including digital, to develop learner-centric solutions (e.g., video, animation, virtual instructor-led training, simulations, hands-on labs, social learning, on-the-job projects)

+ Partner with internal stakeholders to execute learning marketing and administration tactics

+ Manage workload of multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal direction and supervision



**Basic Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

+ At least 5 years of experience in corporate training design and development

+ At least 3 years of experience in executive education design, development and execution

+ At least 5 years of experience in eLearning development tools, in particular Articulate Storyline

+ At least 5 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite

+ At least 2 years of experience developing learning modalities outside of instructor-led training and eLearning

+ At least 5 years of experience in MS Office Suite

+ At least 2 years of experience in technology organizations



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning or related field

+ 7+ years of experience in corporate training design and development

+ 7+ years of experience in corporate training design and development

+ 5+ years of experience in curriculum development and/or learning program management

+ 5+ years of experience in learning strategy and/or learning design/development consulting
