Senior Manager, Culture Transformation

Capital One’s Retail and Direct Bank Line of Business is working to create a holistic infrastructure to bring its culture to life. The Senior Manager, Culture Transformation will help drive this initiative by creating and managing tools and products to support the Retail and Direct Bank’s Human Resources organization in developing deep expertise in the group’s adaptive and inclusive culture so that they can then serve as stewards of cultural adoption.



Responsibilities:



+ Manage a portfolio of Human Resources-centric tools and products

+ Consult with Human Resources Consultants to understand needs and use feedback to update and maintain existing tools and products

+ Identify gaps in the portfolio and influence and work with internal resources to design and build new tools and products.



Basic Qualifications:



+ Bachelor's Degree or military experience

+ At least 2 years of client-facing experience or at least 2 years of consulting experience, or a combination of the two

+ At least 2 years of experience in project management



Preferred Qualifications:



+ MBA or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or Coaching certification

+ At least 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist

+ At least 5 years of client-facing experience or at least 5 years of consulting experience, or a combination of the two

+ At least 5 years of experience in project management
