Senior Manager, Data Engineer



The Technical Operations Center (TOC) Analytics team is looking for a leader on the Customer Transaction Availability (CTA) team. This leader will lead a team of associates and partner with senior leadership to develop and deliver critical metrics reporting as well as improve the process and expand the program. The leader will provide strategic guidance to the team and plan and implement process improvements. The role will also entail working with other leaders in the TOC to drive the overall goal of decreasing incident counts and reducing customer impact due to Tech outages.



Critical to success will be his/her ability to connect and integrate objectives, navigate difficult conversations, prioritize between competing demands, and earn the confidence and trust of key internal stakeholders.



The ideal candidate will have:



- Ability to manage up, across, and down in a large organization and win support for change recommendations



- Ability to support and lead new initiatives from ideation through implementation



- Strong written and verbal communication skills



- Genuine intellectual curiosity and passion for achieving results



- Solid business judgment



- Understanding of data environments/infrastructure and quantitative analytical/statistical skills



- Deep understanding of Tech processes (ITIL, etc)



- Comfort establishing relationships with individuals in a wide range of job families



Basic Qualifications:



- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience



- At least 2 years of experience in managing an ITIL process



- At least 2 years of experience in qualitative analysis



- At least 5 year of experience in people management



- At least 2 year of experience in project management



Preferred Qualifications:



- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree
