As a Senior Manager, Process Management, you will deliver flawlessly executed processes that improve business efficiency and drive results for the core metrics in Commercial Bank, specifically Risk Ratings. You will create and modify processes while collaborating with smart and passionate leaders across CRE, MM, FIG, and HFS to influence results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line and create awesome experiences for customers and internal stakeholders. You will monitor data trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time. You will evaluate and drive efforts to improve the data quality and the control framework for Risk Ratings.



Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:



+ Managing the end to end risk rating process for Commercial Bank

+ Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the control framework for the end to end process

+ Partner with the LOBs to drive and implement process improvements, technology enhancements and ongoing monitoring

+ Drive SLQ2CQ adherence for Risk Ratings



The ideal candidate will have:



+ A background of successfully leading change initiatives; a background in driving process/continuous improvement with a focus on metrics and KPIs

+ Well-honed relationship-building and negotiating skills; partners well with colleagues to work through cross-functional issues at either a business unit or department level

+ A big-picture perspective with the ability to see how all the pieces fit together and contribute to the achievement of broader organizational goals

+ Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables, adaptable to changing demands and requirements

+ Highly effective communication and presentation skills, both written and oral

+ Ability to communicate passionately in order to create a vision for others

+ Ability to leverage data to analyze performance, develop insights and effectively partner with and direct analytical resources to optimize operational excellence

+ Demonstrated ability to implement continuous process improvements focusing on operational efficiencies, workflow optimization, internal and external customer relationships, engagement and motivating high performance teams

+ Ability to influence peers and other individuals who are not direct reports

+ Effective change management experience, with the ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization

+ Excellent collaborative skills with the ability to drive results and successfully manage through adversity



**Basic Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or Economics

+ Certified in BPM (Business Process Management), Six Sigma, or Lean

+ At least 3 years of experience in process engineering or at least 3 years of experience in operations analysis



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ Commercial Banking Experience
