Senior Process Manager



In addition to process work there is a primary focus on system administration work with the Workforce Management applications. Within this role you will work within an agile team pulling new work to design, configure, and implement new intent request to customer requirements. Team collaboration and pairing is expected but also looking for person able to work autonomously. High degree of system configuration and self-learning required to understand upstream and downstream connection points across platforms. As we look to implement new technology and tools individual will be expected to drive and be a change agent for the workforce stakeholders and contact center customers.



There is a high focus on simplification and providing solutions that are easy for our power users of the applications and customers. System configuration in these applications consist of but not limited to: Building new network queues for the planning team with understanding of those networks, managing system access requests, building and understanding any base system set-up with employee onboarding and security profiles. Also will help to host several big configuration changes throughout the year such as Paid Time Off Bids across the contact centers.



Ideal Candidate will have



+ Workforce system administration experience & certifications

+ Aptitude to learn, and be inquisitive – self teach or be taught



+ Highly Fungible



**Basic Qualifications:**



+ High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification or Military experience

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office

+ At least two years of experience in Business Process Management or Project Management or Relationship Management or Risk Management



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience

+ Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification

+ At least 2 years of experience in Workforce Management

+ The Call Center School Certification

+ Certified Workforce Planning Professional (CWPP) Certification
