As a Sr. Associate Process Manager, you will monitor,reportand plan processimprovement or redesign initiatives,andmakerecommendations on changes. Collect and analyzedataforsupportingrecommendations and manageformalprocessdocuments. Collaborate on projectteams and broaderenterpriseinitiativestorepresentbusiness for changes that mayimpactdepartment processes.



We are seeking dedicated, disciplined, process professionals who excel in a team environment and are experts in process improvement. This individual will have demonstrated that they can improve company processes in the past, resulting in saving time and resources for the company. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role. This individual must display strong leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate a team in delivering flawless execution of process improvement projects.



**General** **Responsibilities:**



+ Day to dayoversight of multipleprocesses: monitor,report,and plan processimprovement or redesign initiatives;define,establish, and manageprocesscontrols;identifyprocessimprovementopportunitiesand implementthemthrough collaboration with othergroupssuch as the Risk office, BRO andmanagement;makefinalrecommendationsforapproval on changes.

+ Collect,analyzeandmeasureprocessdata,toinitiatesustainablebusinesspractices and proceduresand for reporting to seniorleadership and executives;reviewdata for trendsandgapsin theprocess that may requireadditionalreview.

+ Resolvecomplexproblems or transactions,whereexpertiseisrequired to interpretagainstpolicies,guidelines or processes;escalatebreakdowns in the processby asking therightquestions and identify/involve the rightstakeholders to correctbreakdowns.

+ Maintain formalprocessdocuments(e.g.proceduresand diagrams),and document processesandprojects(creating projectreports,presentations,businesscases,and diagrams)

+ Collaborate on largerinitiatives,including representing department on broaderchangecontrolforums for inputand torepresentdepartment interests; may challengeforumdecisions if projectoutcomeimpactsdepartment processes. May participate in cross-functionalprojectteams, including projectsdrivenbyotherparts of theorganization, to provideinput,liaisewithtraining, and partnerwithgroups on execution efforts.

+ Providecustomerserviceand training to internalcustomers on specificprocessesthey manage; maydeliverpresentations,including up to theexecutivelevel.

+ May coach and train junior PM levels on processes,performance targets and goals

+ May perform process or parts of the process as needed



**Basic** **Qualifications:**



+ High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification or military experience

+ Proficient in MS Office Suite

+ At least two years of experience in Business Process Management or Project Management or Risk Management



**Preferred** **Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science or Information Systems

+ Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification

+ At least five years of experience in Business ProcessManagementorProject Management or Risk Management

+ Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
