Senior Product Owner (Customer & Business Intelligence)



In the Consumer Bank, we’ve combined that human-centered design with our heritage of data-driven decision-making to design, build and test our way to truly enabling financial experiences. The Customer & Business Intelligence team is part of the high-profile strategic imperative to transform Capital One into a digital-first bank. We are a truly cross-functional team comprised of developers, designers, analysts, and project managers. As Product Owner, you will impact the bank’s transformation by building products that leverage data to drive insights and guide the business to confidently navigate our journey. Like white space? Good – your first challenge is starting from scratch to build an entirely new reporting suite for branch associates.

**Basic Qualifications:**



+ At least 2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer experiences or core product platforms that power those experiences

+ At least 1 year of digital industry experience for consumers

+ Bachelor’s Degree or military experience



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ At least 1 year of experience with web and client-side mobile platforms

+ At least 1 year of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile development process
