Small Business Website Product Lead



Obviously, we have a website. What's changing is that we want to run the website _as a product_ . That is, we want to take an integrated view of success (e.g., bridging technology, business, and design disciplines) and take a strategic approach. And we're looking for someone like you to lead that effort.



The core objective would be driving accounts booked through increasing the application start rate and NPS. The key elements of that effort would include:



+ Comprehensively redesigning the website;

+ Revamping the website content to speak directly and compellingly to our target customers;

+ Upgrading the website technology to enable robust testing and to enable analytics that speed our pace of innovation; and,

+ Leading the analytics to identify the opportunities to improve.



Because of these objectives, we're looking for someone with a cross-disciplinary skill set--analytical enough to shape the work of business analysts, enough design and customer experience instinct to make sure customers get what they need from the site, and savvy enough on tech to make the right tradeoffs.



Finally, if you're looking for opportunities to ship to customers AND to drive business results directly, this role provides both in spades.



Basic Qualifications:



+ At least 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer experiences or products

+ Bachelor’s Degree or military experience



Preferred Qualifications:



+ Experience building e-commerce or retail websites

+ Master’s degree
