Commercial Web Services, a growing software solutions company, is seeking a motivated and highly organized Social Media Specialist to manage and assist commercial dealers in leveraging social media to further engage with prospective customers online. The Social Media Specialist will develop social media profiles, manage online content, and lay out a solid foundation for a social media strategy. The position will also be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service as well as troubleshooting any customer/software issues that may arise.

Day-to-Day Duties:

● Setup and manage multiple client social media accounts across many social platforms (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) ● Write, coordinate and manage social media content for client pages.

● Make recommendations to clients about how to improve their social media pages and ensure optimal engagement.

● Manage Facebook advertisements for clients

● Answer inbound inquiries from current clients and conduct month-end reviews

● Handle customer service issues and resolutions, and proactively communicate issues, opportunities and insights to the team

● Maintain awareness of social media tools/trends and applications as well as what is scalable for businesses.

● Document all interactions with customers via Salesforce

● Develop a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of all Commercial Web Services product offerings

● Perform any other duties as assigned


Preferred Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, sales, or journalism; B2B/software company experience is a plus

● Eagerness to work hard and engage with internal and external customers, partners, and the broader market

● Strong organizational skills – and a strong desire to achieve goals and objectives

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Strong knowledge of social media marketing

● Ability to work both independently and under general supervision

● Proven ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal and external customers

● Extreme attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills and good time management
