Sr. Analyst, Capital Markets - Balance Sheet Strategy and Planning



The Balance Sheet Strategy and Planning senior associate will own several elements of the Company’s balance sheet planning function. In addition to running this process for all corporate forecasting needs, the associate will support our efforts to automate the process. Beyond the planning function, the associate will support the team on balance sheet strategy projects to the extent possible.



Responsibilities:



+ Managing the balance sheet funding model and overall process for monthly outlooks, stress testing, and other scenario analysis

+ Identifying and implementing improvements to the balance sheet funding model and overall process

+ Supporting the team on balance sheet strategy analysis

+ Balance Sheet Funding process optimization

+ Creation/Support of Tableau and other reporting views



Basic Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree in Finance or military experience • 1 year of experience in Financial analysis



Preferred Qualifications: • Masters Degree in Economics or Finance • CFA • 2-3 year of experience in Financial analysis
