Sr. Associate Collateral Management



Collateral Management is responsible for providing operational support for margin operations related to the trading books including Derivatives, Securities, and Repo activities. This position will also support other collateral programs including the FHLB, Fed, Public Funds, and other corporate activities.



In this role, a successful candidate may be responsible for the following:



+ Run the collateral margining tools, work with broker-dealers to negotiate calls, and instruct /record settlements

+ Recommend and implement process changes to improve operational efficiency

+ Serve as the Capital Markets Ops subject matter expert on industry wide initiatives and legislation along with other members of the team

+ Developing and maintaining productive relationships with key internal and external partners

+ Support all corporate collateral management programs and critical reporting for Reg./SEC reporting



**Basic Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

+ At least 1 year of treasury experience



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ 2+ years of experience in banking collateral management

+ Proficiency with Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.)

+ Understanding of derivatives and mortgage backed securities

+ Strong communication and analytical skills

+ Experience presenting complex information to senior leadership
