JOB SUMMARY: Performs a wide variety of secretarial and general administrative duties for the facility's management team. Assists the management with the day-to-day operations of the department. Responsibilities include daily monitoring of supplies, petty cash, meeting schedules. Inputs changes to policies and procedures, reports and compiles statistical data to assist with presentation of reports at monthly meetings. Demonstrates excellent customer service, the development of a supportive team environment and ongoing establishment of a strong working relationship with management to assist with the smooth operations and the improvement of processes. Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma/GED preferred. Formal education in a business setting with a focus of managing a large productive office.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years related experience required. Medical terminology, computer experience (Microsoft Office), typing 50-60 WPM required. Proficiency in excel required.
