Sr. Learning Associate



**HR Specialist, Learning: Product & Analytics Academy**



The Enterprise Learning & Talent Development is seeking a teammate to support the implementation of credit courses and training programs as part of the Product & Analytics Academy team. Our team provides skills training via incredible learning experiences for the Product Managers and Analysts at Capital One. Our disciplines include credit, analytics and product. We’re looking for a talented individual who is customer driven, passionate about technology and shaking up the way we work to support the credit training programs.



The talented individual who joins this team will support the design, development and delivery of learning experiences through various channels and learning modalities for the Credit Community at Capital One. This teammate will be responsible for ensuring the execution and management of the credit training through processes and data management, building strong relationships with business partners and team members. If you have a desire to apply and expand your skills to support the building and implementation of credit acumen throughout Capital One, you may be a fit for our team.



**In this role, you will:**



+ Be a vital part of a highly dynamic and multi-disciplinary team to manage and enhance learning and development. You are dynamic with a passion for learning, detail oriented and will roll up your sleeves, engage partners and work in a highly collaborative environment.

+ Use your proven skills and knowledge to support the execution of the Credit College and Programs portfolio. You will own work, drive efficiencies and deliver exceptional experiences with a constant eye towards improvement.

+ Collaborate with internal partners across Capital One’s lines of business and within HR to support meeting the organizations development needs.

+ Work on individual and team projects, own and solve problems, partner to design and implement new processes

+ Iterate, succeed or fail and improve. You will be adaptive to diverse approaches to work, leveraging a variety of styles to get work done.

+ Measure impact. You will identify the meaningful measurement for the product, track and iterate accordingly sharing with stakeholders.

+ Be part of the larger Enterprise Learning & Talent Development Team to ensure a cohesive learning experience in context of other learning and development initiatives

**Basic Qualifications:**



+ High School Diploma, GED or Military experience

+ Proficiency in MS Office

+ At least 1 year of experience in Business Process Management or Project Management or Relationship Management or Risk Management



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor’s Degree

+ Agile and Sites (SharePoint) experience

+ 1 Year of process or project management experience

+ Track record of success in a fast-paced team to deliver on competing priorities
