Sr. Manager, Digital Product Management-Messaging Channel Optimization



Throughout the day, we are bombarded with information coming in from all angles. Between social media, email, push notifications, in app messaging, text messages, and messaging apps, managing all those communications can be challenging and tiring. At Capital One, we are changing banking for good. This means we believe keeping up with your important financial information shouldn’t require an administrative assistant. You should be able to get your information when, where, and how you want it so you can get on with achieving your goals and dreams.



This Senior Manager role will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategic vision for creating elegantly simple multi-channel messaging experiences. Using explicit and derived customer preferences, this person will optimize the right messages to be delivered to customers in the right channel. The person will also be an enterprise thought leader in optimizing messaging intensity rates, developing multi-channel messaging orchestration, and delivering personalized information precisely when it is needed.

To land this gig, you should have:



+ Deep product development expertise in digital messaging channels such as Email, Text, and Push Notifications

+ Strong analytical abilities to organize and solve for multi-variate problems

+ Experience using machine learning techniques to identify and infer complex patterns that create breakthrough innovations

+ Built your deep skillset with several years of digital messaging product management experience

**Basic Qualifications:**



-Bachelor’s Degree or military experience



-At least 5 years building and shipping consumer products



-At least 1 year of experience managing people



-At least 1 year of Agile Product Management experience



**Preferred Qualifications:**



-MBA or Master’s degree
