Sr. Manager, Process Management, Digital Messaging

Then the Capital One Digital Messaging team has a role that may be perfect to satisfy your need to strive for order and the bliss of a perfect process.



This Senior Manager role will lead an enterprise coalition to ensure each email and digital messaging process is fully capable to consistently deliver on regulations, industry best practices, and internal policy requirements. In this role, you will establish new policy requirements and influence senior executives to adopt those recommendations across the enterprise. You will also develop methods to ensure these policies are understood by thousands of associates and track policy compliance. Additionally, you will take a magnifying glass to the processes managed by Digital Messaging to make sure they can operate to spec 24/7.



**This job may be for you if you:**



+ Obsess over creating frameworks and processes that can be followed and repeated consistently in various environments

+ Are not afraid to take charge, set direction, and make decisions in undefined spaces to help large, diverse groups come to alignment

+ Can confidently communicate your recommended direction to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner and drive consensus

+ Anticipate the challenges of implementing policy in operational environments and use that knowledge to make practical recommendations that are comprehensive and sustainable



**To land this gig, you should have:**



+ Gotten your hands dirty in process engineering disciplines like Lean or Six Sigma.

+ Spent extensive time managing business critical processes where quality and consistency are non-negotiable

+ Proven your ability to create large scale organizational change

+ Built your problem-solving skill set through a Bachelor’s degree or military experience

**Basic Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience

+ Six Sigma/Lean Certification or Process Management Certification

+ At least 5 years of Process Management experience

+ At least 5 years of People Management experience



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ Master's Degree

+ Six Sigma/Lean Black Belt Certification

+ 5 years of Process Management experience

+ 5 years of Project Management experience

+ 5 years of People Management experience
