Sr Manager, Process Management



This Senior Manager candidate for Process Management in Corporate Compliance will drive efforts to continuously improve the efficiency and flow of compliance delivery processes. This individual will be part of the Program Office team and will play a key role in a fast-paced environment across many different areas, including process management, process improvement (simplification transparency and automation) and process design and analysis. In this position, the individual will contribute immediately while strengthening their own process management, coaching and facilitation skills. This individual must be able to confidently communicate recommended direction to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner and drive consensus. Ultimately, this individual will need to support adoption of best in class process engineering and behaviors across the department.



**Responsibilities** **include:**



-Leading, owning, and providing oversight of specific process improvement projects and collaborating with teammates on larger initiatives.



-Partnering with teams across Corporate Compliance and the LOBs to help support delivery of processes and controls.



-Supporting and responding to various regulator and audit requests.



-Partnering with teams to document current state process, identify opportunities to improve and assist with moving teams towards continuous delivery goals.



-Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes.



-Providing subject matter experience on processes when representing the Corporate Compliance department in projects and other meetings.



- Identifying the initiatives required to get from the current state to the destination state.



- Proposing prioritization and sequencing of necessary process changes.



- Creating and maintaining appropriate processes and procedures to self-identify, assess, document, control and manage risks



- Identifying process risks/failure modes and identifying appropriate controls needed



- Designing controls and monitoring as a core part of processes, including controls for specific legal and regulatory requirements



**Basic Qualifications:**



-Bachelors degree or equivalent certification, or Military Experience



-At least 5 years of experience in Process Engineering



- At least 5 years of Financial Services Experience



- At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients



-At least 3 years in People Management



-At least 3 years of experience in customer facing process re-engineering efforts



-Certification in Lean or Certification in Six Sigma



**Preferred Qualifications:**



-Six Sigma Black Belt



-Master's Degree
