ADP is hiring an intern. In this position you will contribute to project-based deliverables aligned to your field of study. You will interact with professionals who will guide and support you as you enhance your skills while gaining relevant experience.

As an Enterprise Learning team intern, you will gain Learning Design experience while leveraging academic knowledge and skill. The Instructional Designer intern will focus on assisting in the design and development of Enterprise Learning instructor-led and/or self-paced e-learning solutions. You will interact with professionals who will guide and support you to enhance your professional skills, while gaining relevant experience in a business environment.

  • Partner with Enterprise Learning and Business Unit associates to understand and analyze learning needs.
  • Design and develop modern learning curriculum using appropriate instructional development methods.
  • Support the execution of successful projects and work with ADP personnel as appropriate.

  • Design and develop effective and modern learning solutions in support of current project backlog.

December 2018 & May 2019 Graduates ONLY! (Bachelor's or Master's degree, GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Preference will be given to candidates who have the following qualifications:

  • Core Skills & Competencies
    • December 2018 & May 2019 Graduates ONLY! (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Ability to co-design and develop instructionally sound instructor-led and e-learning solutions.
    • Add value to assigned tasks by providing insight and offering creative and innovative solutions.
    • Rely on previous work experience as well as knowledge learned during internship to enhance projects/tasks.
    • Demonstrate competency in written and verbal communication and interaction with fellow associates.
    • Experience in instructional design, adult learning theory, and technical writing
    • Experience with learning software authoring tools, Adobe Captivate preferred
    • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Innovative & Creative
    • Must be self-directed, highly motivated, and able to set priorities with minimal supervision
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Areas of Concentration: Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Learning Technology
