Description: ADP is hiring a Systems Support Specialist. The Systems Support Specialist provides level one functional support for multiple procurement systems to ADP associates. Identifies system issues and requirements and escalates to level 2 support or Procurement Technical Analyst as needed. At ADP we are driven by your success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide level one functional support for multiple procurement systems to ADP Associates, including: Ariba P2P, Ariba Sourcing, Concur Travel & Expense, Peoplefluent and UPS CampusShip
* Triage all support cases submitted through the Salesforce.com case management system and research, resolve or escalate cases as appropriate.
* Design, manage and/or support electronic RFP's for a global user base
* Respond to telephone calls and e-mailed inquiries for support
* Provide periodic, instructor-led, web-based training to Associates for all systems
* Create and maintain all support, business process, supplier and catalog documentation across all systems
* Participate in the testing of system functionality as needed.
* Analyze support case trends and provide management with detailed reports.
* Performs other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICAITONS REQUIRED:
* Bachelors Degree in a related field to Procurement, Technology, or Business
* 1 to 3 years of customer service experience is required.
* 1 to 3 years of computing help desk and/or procurement experience is preferred.
* On Line Purchasing Systems/Tools exposure is preferred.
* Knowledge of business/contract issues and a basic understanding of competitive product/services, technology and industry issues is a plus.
* General knowledge of administrative (Microsoft Office) software required.
* General knowledge of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft LiveMeeting, and Bomgar are desired.
