ADP is hiring a Technical Project Manager for Associate and Client Engagement Technology. In this position you will be responsible for the planning, organizing, and managing of activities to bring about the successful completion of specific IT project goals and objectives in a matrix resource environment to ensure commitment on quality, scope, time and budget are met or exceeded. Projects typically will involve creating solutions to orchestrate and automate business processes to improve service delivery to ADP clients, partners, and associates. The Project Manager provides leadership over all aspects of the IT project from the planning phase through deployment into production. The functional groups that the Project Manager influences and partners with in a typical IT project may include but are not limitted to Development, Product Management, Service, Implementation, Infrastructure and IT Support. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Takes ownership of project process, project deliverables, and communications. Provides SDLC process expertise.
* Facilitate impact analysis and estimation of project deliverables across functional disciplines. Deliverables include impact analysis document, user stories, design diagrams, data flow diagrams, project plans, burn down charts, etc.

* Facilitates Scrum ceremonies including Release Planning

* Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments; escalating appropriately

* Facilitating discussion, decision making and conflict resolution

* Supporting the Product Owner, helping to groom and manage the product backlog, product roadmap, and portfolio management
* Performs other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
* 4-6 Years of Directly Related Experience
* Experience with transitioning waterfall teams to Agile/Scrum

* Experience managing multiple large scale projects simultaneously across multiple teams both IT and Business
* Excellent team builder and communicator PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
* Bachelors or Advanced or its equivalent in education and experience with a Major Area of Concentration in Engineering, Business, or Math or equivalent technical experience
* Knowledge of project management tools such as Rally and Planview
* Knowledge or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games

* Scaled Agile Framework
