Job Details

Under broad guidance,  the Telecommunications Support Coordinator is responsible for: Managing, monitoring, and maintaining all HRSD oned/leased mobile devices and data circuits  throughout HRSD

Requirements

Education
1. Required
High school diploma or GED
2. Desired
 Associates degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field
b. Experience
1. Required
a) A minimum of 3 years in a customer service/support environment
b) Ability to use intermediate and advanced features of cellular and mobile 
technologies (network setup, synch with other devices, Bluetooth 
connectivity, etc)
2. Desired
Familiarity with IT and/or Telecommunications Help Desk Operations
c. Job-specific Technical Competencies
1. Required
a) Competency in troubleshooting cellular devices
b) Knowledge of basic billing/invoicing practices and procedures
c) Ability to follow technical procedures and schedules
d) Ability to organize records, files, statistical data, and follow direction
e) Effective written and oral communication skills
2. Desired
a) Functional knowledge of cellular integration technologies and concepts
b) Advanced integration of mobile devices with networked computers 
d. Job-specific Behavioral Competencies
 Sets Clear Performance Goals  
a) Clearly communicates items of importance and/or irregularities to the proper staff
b) Evaluates, determines and refines roles, responsibilities and expectations related to various projects throughout the organization (iPad upgrades)
e. Special Licenses
 Required
Valid driver’s license from state of residence
