UX Designer



We’re the User Experience Design Team for Capital One DevExchange. We look to solve Human-Centered problems and inspire creativity and innovation that deliver measurable outcomes for our end-users.



We have an opportunity for a talented UX Designer to join our team amazing work, while having some fun in the process.

• Work on a cross discipline team to collaborate on enterprise tools and develop new capabilities to support our internal developers

• Grow your design skills and experiment with new technologies

**Basic Qualifications:**



• Bachelor’s degree or military experience



• At least 5 years of experience with UX design



• At least 5 years of experience working with large scale enterprise teams



• At least 1 year of experience using Sketch



• At least 3 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite



• At least 1 year of experience prototyping



**Preferred Qualifications:**



• 7 years of experience with visual design



• 2 years of experience with prototyping and using tools such as Invision



• 2 years of agency experience



• 1 year of experience with Design Thinking
