The Capital One HR Talent Management Team is seeking a Workday Tester with experience **in** Workday or other HR technologies to support testing and management of the Capital One instance of Workday. The Tester is the primary contact for any questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspective (focusing primarily in Talent & Performance Management).
The Tester is also responsible for supporting programs and procedures in the production environment. In doing so, the Testerwill test the software and associated processes. Will work directly with HR Tech partners to ensure system integrations are running as expected. The Tester ensures that all technical documentation is accurate and current and that all technical matters regarding the application have been addressed prior to product launch.
+ Collaborates with other teams to ensure data is accurate (compensation, leave management, payroll,
+ recruiting, and time tracking)
+ Performer in Workday BAU configuration process and testing
+ Partner with HR Tech and Services to deliver and test system integrations
+ Continually tests and stays up-to-date on all Workday updates and fixes
+ Design, develop, and execute system testing for Workday delivered twice yearly releases
+ Establish, execute test strategy & execution for focal cycle events:
+ Performance Review
+ Talent Review
+ Goal Setting
+ Review project documentation as a basis for testing documentation and product understanding Design and
+ development of detailed test cases
+ Work directly with groups across HR to maintain application configuration
+ Partner within HR Technology & Services team to drive issue solutions and seeks resolutions
+ Ensures that our internal customers issues and requests are addressed within documented SLA’s
+ Establish a strong relationship with internal customers and strategies to meet the needs of the business
+ Lead Official Records Management/Legal documentation standards for talent and performance data
+ Lead Regression Testing Strategy & Execution for the Workday Talent Domain
+ Associates Degree or military experience
+ At least 1 year of QA testing experience
+ At least 1 year of Agile delivery methodology experience
+ Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, HR or Computer Science
+ 1+ years of Workday experience
+ 1+ years of defect management and tracking experience
+ 3+ years of experience in Enterprise software administration
+ 1+ year of experience with data validation
+ 1+ year of process experience
