REACH Coordinator - Team Lead Under general supervision, the position is responsible for the direct administrative supervision of the HPR-V REACH Clinical Team. In addition, this position is responsible for performing regional clinical and coordination services as part of the HPR-V REACH Clinical team. Incumbent is a core member of the REACH crisis response team, providing preliminary mental status assessments and short-term crisis intervention to individuals with IDD and MH needs in crisis situations; making referrals or coordinating admissions to treatment services; assist with training and/or providing consultation of other staff; and providing on-going REACH services to individuals enrolled. The position will assist the REACH Director in providing supervision and clinical direction to the team. The position will assist in identifying training needs of the clinical team and will work with the Clinical Director to develop these trainings. Provide on-call assistance to the Clinical Team on a rotating basis with the leadership of the REACH program.
