**Preferred Qualifications:**



A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university. Strong communication, organizational and computer skills are required to collaborate with other engineering departments to identify component, system and process improvements. Most assignments require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation.



Have the ability to conduct research on new materials of special interest to a power generation and distribution system. Performs technical auditing and investigation of engineering design products and processes. Experience with electrical drawings, diagrams, evaluating electrical standards, electrical relay protection settings, programming electrical components, lab testing, the use of electrical test equipment, and all Microsoft Office products. This position also requires some knowledge of SWBDs, Load Centers, Transformers, Ethernet switches, Networks, and Motor Controllers.
