New Day Office is a commercial furniture dealership that serves all of Hampton Roads. We are a high energy, busy workplace with an immediate, full-time opportunity for an entry-level designer. 

This role requires you to be dedicated to, and working directly with, one of our clients. Attending weekly on-site meetings, field dimensioning/checking site conditions, creating a space plan/design and budget pricing are some of the tasks associated with this position. Organization and communication skills are key in both working with the client and the internal New Day team. 

A degree in Interior Design is required; AutoCAD and Revit experience desired. Good communication skills, attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks is essential. Training is provided for furniture drafting program that is used within the dealership. Additionally, training will be provided on the furniture/products and specification process.
