Under broad guidance, the Operations Administrative Coordinator is responsible for:
a. Providing a variety of advanced administrative and technical support for the effective and efficient operation of HRSD’s Operations Department 
b. Proactively meeting or exceeding internal and external customer needs by providing high quality work in a professional manner in accordance with HRSD initiatives and industry best practiceUnder broad guidance, the Operations Administrative Coordinator is responsible for:

b. Proactively meeting or exceeding internal and external customer needs by providing high quality work in a professional manner in accordance with HRSD initiatives and industry best practices .
   

Requirements

a. Education
1. Required
High School Diploma or GED
2. Desired
Associates degree in Business Administration or related field
b. Experience
 Required
a) Three (3) to five (5) years of increasingly responsible administrative experience, to include three (3) years of organizing, coordinating and prioritizing multiple projects and assignments. 
b) Excellent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications

c. Job-specific Technical Competencies
 Required
a) Significant experience using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
b) Proficient in organizing and maintaining voluminous records and working proactively with the public
c) Ability to draft original business correspondence
d) Ability to use Access or other software as needed
e) Ability to organize records, files, and statistical data
f) Above average mathematical and analytical skills
g) Ability to work independently under general guidelines and to exercise initiative
h) Ability to develop effective working relationships with all HRSD employees at any level
d. Job-specific Behavioral Competencies
 Sets Clear Performance Goals  
a) Clearly communicates expectations for results, timeliness, quality and other important parameters
b) Establishes and meets deadlines for delivery of results
c) Evaluates, determines and refines roles, responsibilities and expectations related to various projects; insists on and ensures clarity of role and or functions
e. Special Licenses
f.  Required
a) Valid Driver’s License from state of residence
b) Notary Public
